THIS SALE WAS CONTINUED FROM JANUARY 11, 2017 TO JANUARY 23, 2017.



Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jacob D. Thomas to Traditions Bank, as follows:



Mortgage dated March 31, 2014, and recorded April 1, 2014, in Mortgage Book 1731, Page 551



securing property described in below, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, the undersigned Traditions Bank, as mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse in Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on the 23rd day of January, 2017, between the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:

A part of the NE 1⁄4 of the SE 1⁄4 of Section 30, Township 9, Range 1 West, Cullman County, Alabama, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said forty and thence running South along the West line of said forty 555 feet, more or less, to a ditch; thence East or a little Southeast along said ditch to the mouth of said ditch; thence in a Northeast direction to pasture fence on the South line of the N 1⁄2 of the NE 1⁄4 of SE 1⁄4 of Section 30, Township 9, Range 1 West; thence South along said pasture fence 383 feet, more or less, to a point on the fence where same turns in a more Eastwardly direction; thence continuing along said fence from said point in a Eastwardly or Southeastwardly direction 184 feet, more or less, to the East line of said forty; thence North along the East line of said forty to the Northeast corner of said forty; thence West along the North line of said forty to the Northwest corner of said forty, being the point of beginning, containing 20 acres, more or less.
